Welcome to Frosted Flour Cookies! This is a cottage bakery located in Colorado Springs, CO specializing in custom decorated royal icing cookies. By accepting these terms of service, the customer agrees to the services outlined in this document.

For clear communication the purchaser must provide first name, last name, and a reliable source of communication (cell phone, email). All communication will happen through the specified form.

The products offered out of this bakery are custom sugar cookies. Frosted Flour Cookies LLC offers traditional, vegan, and gluten-free items. Since this is a cottage bakery, this business operates under Colorado Cottage Laws and has no federal or state oversight in production. This home kitchen does have ingredients such as eggs, flour, nuts, etc. in use. Frosted Flour Cookies LLC is certified in safe food handling. Due to the nature of this business, it is advised for individuals with extreme food sensitivities or allergies to not consume products from Frosted Flour Cookies LLC. Every method of cleanliness and care is taken to maintain no cross-contact of allergens, but there is no guarantee this will not occur. All ingredients are listed on this website.

Frosted Flour Cookies LLC prefers at least 3 weeks' notice for orders. Any time frame sooner than 3 weeks may not be able to be completed due to time constraints, work schedule, other orders, etc. If you have a rush order, a miracle fee may apply.

Frosted Flour Cookies LLC has the right to politely decline service to individuals at the bakery's discretion. Frosted Flour Cookies LLC also maintains the right to cancel services up to 7 days in advance of agreed upon date of pick-up.

Payment can be made electronically (venmo, cashapp, applepay, square) or in cash. To hold your spot, a 50% deposit is taken in advance to secure a slot for custom cookies. The remaining 50% is due 2 weeks prior to the agreed upon pick-up date. If the 50% deposit is not received within 48 hours of order confirmation, the order is subject to cancelation at Frosted Flour Cookies LLC discretion. If the second 50% payment is not received 2 weeks prior to order pick-up, Frosted Flour Cookies LLC has discretion to refund the deposit and cancel the order. If other payment arrangements need to be made, Frosted Flour Cookies LLC can handle this on a case-to-case basis. We always welcome full payment up front!

Frosted Flour Cookies LLC operates out of Colorado Spring, CO in 80918. Pick-up information is provided no later than 48 hours prior to pick-up date. If cookies are requested to be delivered, a delivery fee will occur. Cookie delivery is arranged on a case-by-case basis. In case of inclement weather pick-up dates can be altered with advance notice.

Frosted Flour Cookies LLC does not offer returns on product. If there is a concern with quality of product please notify Frosted Flour Cookies LLC within 24 hours. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Frosted Flour Cookies LLC will complete order details and clarification on design prior to deposit. Any changes to the design, color palette, or cutter shape is welcomed within the first 48 hours after order confirmation. Any requests for changes in the custom order after 48 hours of confirmation may incur additional cost.

Inspiration pics are more than welcome (and encouraged) but may not be exactly replicated. This bakery has its own style and design method and creative freedom is desired. If you have an exact design or color desire for your set, please be as precise as possible to avoid any errors. If a design or color desire is not explicitly stated, I will take this as creative freedom and put my own spin on the set!

All of my cookie sets are posted on my social media after pick up. If you would not like your custom order posted, please let me know!

If you need to cancel your order please let Frosted Flour Cookies LLC know immediately. Full refunds will be issued if cancelled 14 days prior to order pick up. If the order is canceled 7-13 days prior to pick up, only 50% of the total order price will be refunded. If less than 7 days’ notice canceling, no refund will be issued.

Frosted Flour Cookies LLC is not responsible for condition of product after pick up. All cookies are packaged delicately and in perfect condition for pick up for the customer. The customer assumes responsibility for transportation and condition of cookies once in their possession.
