1. Where are you located?
Frosted Flour Cookies operates outside of a home in 80918. Major crossroads are Austin Bluffs and Academy.
2. How do I get my cookies?
Local pick up in 80918. Cookies will be porch pick up with you name clearly labeled on your order. Delivery is done on a case-by-case basis and a fee will incur.
3. What is your payment policy?
Once an order is confirmed and all details organized, payment is taken via Square, Apple Pay, cashapp, or venmo. If paying via square I will send you an invoice to the email you have provided. A 50% deposit is required up front to secure your spot. If the deposit is not recieved within 48 hours from confirmation, it is subject to cancelation.
4. How much notice do you need in advance for orders?
Preferred notification time is 3 weeks. If it is less than 3 weeks' notice, the order may not be able to be fulfilled.
5. How do my cookies come packaged?
All cookies will come boxed together, individually sealed. Larger orders may come in multiple boxes. If you have a different need please contact me.
6. What if I have no idea what designs I want and can't decide between pricing plans?
No worries, I am happy to chat about your needs for an order. We can discuss and come to an agreement. Just reach out!
7. What is your cancelation policy?
If an order is canceled within 14 days from pick up, 100% will be refunded. If an order is canceled 7-13 days from order pick up, 50% will be refunded. If an order is canceled less than 7 days prior to pick up, there will be no refunds.
